My services as a consultant provides very helpful creative ideas that expand the equity of companies in the form of my advice and creating new products that reflect the flavors of Mexico and Latin America tailored to the U.S. market. The creation of new food products can also be built on existing ones.
Other ways in which I provide advice to the food industry is in the form of my participation in ideation sessions, food tastings, brainstorming and discussions of new ideas to extract the best possibilities.

My experience in working with significant food companies has led me to expand my services to different food boards, helping them to correct, translate and develop recipes in Spanish for promotional purposes.
Some of the companies I have done work are, Taco bell, The Honey Board of California, Frito Lay, Kraft, Smucker’s and The Almond Board of California.
